If you have a contract with Elia (Connection Contract, Access Contract and/or BRP contract), we need to exchange information about who we can contact in your company for some specific types of interactions. We also need information about your head office address, or invoicing-related information.
The contact management service in EPIC allows you to manage this information, so that we always have up-to-date data.
Important Remark #1
You need to have an "Annex Validator " permission on your EPIC user account in order to be able to update the contact information of you company.
Important Remark #2
When you click on the "submit" button (button #2 on the picture below), your changes will be sent to Elia for approval. It will not be possible to perform additional changes until Elia has approved (this can take a few days). Please navigate through all the tabs of the page and verify all data before you submit to Elia.
Important Remark #3
If you remove someone from your contact list or from a contractual role for your company, you should also make sure to remove/modify - if necessary - his/her EPIC user account permissions in the dedicated section, as described in the following article.
