You will still need to use "Customer Hub" or ask your KAM about this process.
- Invoices: Grid Users, Balance Responsible Party (BRP) and Access Contract Holder (ACH) invoice contact can be changed in Customer Hub.
- Contractual invoicing: Metering, DGO contract do it via manual update input via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Auctions: via email: email@example.com
- Non-contractual invoicing: study, initial jotform, in case of adjustment: contact your KAM via e-mail
- WIOVD: External services: firstname.lastname@example.org or https://www.elia.be/en/customers/external-service
