From the 7th of July EPIC is accessible to our customers who have a contractual relationship with Elia.
An invitation email has been sent.
If this is not the case, please enter a ticket
Important note:
> Please check your spam your company quarantine for any e-mail coming from: noreply@epic-portal.io
The invitation email:
#1 : Click on "Accept invitation" within the email in order to start the onboarding process.
If it does not work, copy/paste the URL behind the button into your web browser in the URL bar.
If this still does not work, please ask your company if there is any IT security rule that might prevent EPIC to run correctly.
#2 : Ask for a verification code
After accepting the invitation you will be asked to re-enter your email (the same email where you received your invitation) to receive a verification code.
(if you don't find the email, please check your spam folder for: (ciam email))
#3 : Enter the verification code
Enter the verification code you should have received by email
#4 : Continue the process
Nothing to do here. You just need do click on "continue" in order to proceed the set up of your password.
#5 : Set up your password
You are invited to set-up your password in order to log-in later on EPIC.
Your password should at least contain:
- 1 uppercase
- 1 number
- 1 lowercase
- should contain between 8 and 16 characters
Be aware to enter the same password twice!
#6 : Read and accept the terms and conditions
You are invited to read and tak into account the terms and conditions related to the use of EPIC and Elia services
Once read, you need to accept them in order to be able to use EPIC
#7 : Log in on EPIC
You can always come back to EPIC by going on elia.be and login in the top-right corner of the website or by using the following url: http//epic-portal.io
