Ask your company admin to grant you access to the TraXes API manager service via EPIC. Accounts for TraXes and Epic are the same.
Account management in Epic
Navigate to Accounts section in Epic and click on 'Account details' of the user you want to grant access.
Add a user if it doesn't exist in the list.
Scroll to the bottom of the accounts detail page to the 'Access and permission' section. And toggle on the traXes Access.
If user also should ne able to create applications and subscribe to Elia Group's service, please also tick the traXes API manager box.
Accept the terms and conditions
As soon as you have access to the API management service you are authorized to manage your applications and service subscriptions in TraXes
