Imbalance Insights data are available for download and visualization for the current month and the previous 2 full months (M-2).
I am unable to select certain dates in the date picker for the report generation.
You can only select time frames that cover the current (ongoing) month and the previous 2 full months. This is a measure to improve the feature’s performance, both on EPIC and via API.
I can only select certain days for the visualization.
In the lower part of the screen, only days from the date range selected above can be visualized. If a specific date from the last three months cannot be selected, check if it is included in the date range selected above.
