How do I submit a study request?

For the clients who already have a signed connection contract with Elia, the study request process is now fully integrated into Elia’s client portal, EPIC. To submit a request:

  1. Log in to EPIC. 
  2. Navigate to Studies & Projects in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click "Request a new study".
  4. Follow the guided step-by-step process to provide administrative, connection, and technical details.
  5. Review your request and click "Submit".

Once submitted, you can track your request in Studies & Projects within EPIC.

Companies that do not yet have a connection contract with Elia should consult Elia’s website to request a study.
