- New customers (not yet connected to the Elia network) must always request an orientation study (EOS). Before launching an orientation study, it is advisable to first contact Elia through cs@elia.be for all questions and first expert view.
- Existing customers requesting a change to your connection may not always require an orientation (EOS). Contact your Key Account Manager (KAM) to determine if a study is necessary.
