The EPIC portal is built so that the clients can manage the authorizations of their users (colleagues) by themselves, without any intervention from Elia or 50Hertz.
If you wish to obtain authorizations on your user account:
- The first step to take is to contact your colleague(s) in charge of energy-related matters in your organisation. Normally, those colleagues have an EPIC user account with the level "Company Administrator"
- If you cannot find the right colleague, or those persons do not know about EPIC / do not have a user account on EPIC, you can contact us via epic@elia.be and we will put you in contact with the "right colleague(s)", who will be able to give you the necessary authorizations (as described here).
- If the two steps described above do not work, your Key Account Manager and the whole Customers team will be happy to help you; you can reach them via cs@elia.be.
