In July 2021 this will not be available through EPIC yet.
You can however, do it manually by sending an email to : cs@elia.be or to your KAM.
Conditions:
- Provide the moment when the PO must be applied
- Warn us soon enough to let us adapt the information before the next invoice which must be applied runs.
- Late input of PO's cannot be a reason for having to issue a new invoice for PO corrections
Access invoices (linked to access contract):
E.g. Invoice for March: warn us before the 1st of February (= Month-1). Access contract usually are set around the 20th of the ongoing month (here March).
Connection invoices (linked to connection contract):
E.g. Invoices for March: warn us before the 15th of February (Month -1). Access contract usually are set around the 15th of the ongoing month (here March)
Note: we would like to mention that Elia's conditions always apply and that under no circumstances do your applications apply when your PO is stated on the invoice.
