When you browse invoices in EPIC, you can see that all of our invoices are displayed with a status.
This status is intended to give some context and information regarding the invoices.
Open: this can have several meanings. Either the invoice is a 'new', or this invoice has not yet reached its due date. An 'open' invoice is also an invoice for which we are awaiting payment. It may have already been paid, but we have not yet received your payment, this needs to be verified internally from your side.
Paid: Your invoice is paid. Thanks for that. Nothing more to do about this one.
Late: means that your invoice has reached the due date without receiving payment from us. Make sure you don't forget to clear the payment to avoid penalties later.
