Adapting a contract is not yet possible through EPIC in July 2021.
Following contracts can be adapted through "Customer Hub" or by contacting your KAM (Key Account Manager)
- Connectioncontract annex 7 can be updated through the "Customer Hub" platform
- Access contract annex 2 & 3 can be updated through the "Customer Hub" platform
- If you want tom make other adaptions you need to send a message to your KAM (Key Account Manager)
Updates of contract can only be approved once signed by Elia and the Grid User
