The table below covers every column in the template, including formatting rules and any conditional logic.
General Information

Validation & Error Handling
If your file doesn't meet the data validation requirements (for example, a mandatory field is empty or a date is in the wrong format) EPIC will reject the upload and display an error message indicating exactly where the issue is.
Correct the flagged fields and resubmit.
