Metering service is accessible for Grid users and Access Contract Holders.
Access points on the overview screen can easily be filtered by your active connection contract (Grid User) or access contract (Access Contract Holder).
In Epic, you can download or view metering data in a chart.
Download metering data
You can download metering data for which you have permissions:
- Access point
- Connection point
- Technical unit
- Delivery point
- and other metered delivery points
You can download data for a period ranging from 1 day to a maximum of 1 year. Metering data is provided in the format of an Excel file.
You can download both validated and non-validated data.
The published data does include energy consumption in kWh, kVArh or kVAh.
Metering chart
In the metering chart you can see the metering data for:
- The different measured properties
- Per quarter hour
- Time ranges from 1 day up to 1 year
You can access metering data up to 5 years back in time.
